This is a cooking workshop where we will provide the keys to cooking and surprising your guests. We will teach our tricks for making a good potato salad, steak tartare, and tuna mojama. We'll show you how to make a good broth for your rice dishes and the necessary tips for cooking rice and succeeding. Varieties, cooking methods, proportions, and some tricks. «Menudets a l'horta» returns in the edition of Cuina Oberta!
The workshop in which our menudets will know first hand our most famous vegetable pantry, entering the world of agriculture at the hand of Jose, farmer, agronomist and owner of several orchards that adjoin Villa Indiano.
We will take a walk to the Urban Orchards where we will explain to the menudets various topics related to the garden of Valencia, as well as the different crops present there.
