DescriptionBy knocking on the door and giving the password, we will introduce the client into the underground of the 1920s. Inspired by the Dry Law, our greasy concept, joins the high-level cocktail bar with the signature kitchen. We’ll start the evening with a complimentary glass of cava. Next, we will present our six-course menu inspired by world cuisine. As a final touch we accompany our guests on a trip back in time in our vintage chevrolet, in which, in a radius of 5 km enjoy the Valencian night in an atmosphere in the purest Al Capone style.

DescriptionFor this edition of Cuina Oberta we propose from the restaurant Sorolla of the Hotel Balneario Las Arenas of Valencia, a country experience on Saturday 18 November. It will start with a walk of shepherding with the Guirros lambs accompanying Ramón San Félix, president of An Guirra and shepherd, by the surroundings of the Mas del Fondo, exploitation situated between the municipal areas of Massarrojos (Valencia) and Montcada. During this walk Ramon will tell us the history, habitat and curiosities of this unique native Valencian breed.
Next, we will link with the project, initiated in 2017 by Terra i Xufa, with the aim of recovering the traditional Mediterranean agricultural integration. From the hand of Enric Navarro we will know the details of organic farming and its action with the cattle of Ramón. We will have an appetizer and then we will move to the Hotel Las Arenas, to taste a menu based on our products of proximity and ecological with special prominence of vegetables and lamb.

We propose a dinner pairing that includes tasting menu of traditional French dishes and a tasting of emblematic wines of France to celebrate our French gastronomic days, which will last from Thursday 9 November to Saturday 19 November, with a special menu at noon and at night. The concept of our Dinner-Pairing is to share a unique table, that the Chef de Cuisine goes out to the table presenting in detail the 6 dishes served and that our sommelier will explain the 6 wines served in harmony with each dish.
