Our restaurant concept is very simple, we like to offer the best you have each season on a walk from the garden to the sea and as a protagonist dish a good rice. All this served with much closeness and hospitality in a quiet, elegant and comfortable setting.

Russian salad and ripe mackerel sashimi.
Grilled Boar Terrine with fresh salad of spicy shoots.

Raw cuttlefish rice or fideuà, tender garlic and blanquet.
Braised baked ball rice, cinnamon and lemon.
White shrimp señoret rice.
Valencian paella (order 24 hours).

Description

This is a cooking workshop where we will provide the keys to cooking and surprising your guests. We will teach our tricks for making a good potato salad, steak tartare, and tuna mojama. We'll show you how to make a good broth for your rice dishes and the necessary tips for cooking rice and succeeding. Varieties, cooking methods, proportions, and some tricks. Afterwards, we'll taste everything that was taught. Includes 2 drinks.
