In Momiji we offer signature Japanese cuisine made with only seasonal products, selected every day in the gourmet shops of the Colón Market. Our vocation is to offer authentic Japanese cuisine, following the principles of Kaiseki Ryory cuisine: Use seasonal ingredients. Preserve the natural flavor of the ingredients. Cook with heart and intuition.

Vegetable Uramaki with confit shiitake, avocado, cucumber, beet hummus, and glazed carrots.
Corvina Uramaki with asparagus, yuzu miso, avocado, and cucumber.
Nigiri sushi chosen by the chef (3 pieces).

Description

A practical course where participants will learn the basic knowledge and skills needed to make sushi at home: rice preparation, ingredients, technique for making maki sushi, cutting, etc.
