Fish and seafood as main ingredients, but without leaving out any product: salmon, artichoke, pancetta, leeks, eel, bluefin tuna, oysters, aged meats, are just some of the stars of our menu.
Our vocation is Japanese cuisine and its cornerstone: the pursuit of umami, the 5th taste.
We create contemporary cuisine with Mediterranean influences, focused on flavor and freshness, allowing for creativity and surprise.
The most important thing is that our customer enjoys, has a good time eating, which is why our favorite format is tapas, and our space is the Japanese bar, where the diner sees the entire culinary process and can interact with the chefs if they wish.
