Description

Enjoy an afternoon full of Italian passion and learn to make your own homemade pasta with Chef Claudio Consorte. The experience will begin with some irresistible Italian sausages and cheeses, we will know its history and characteristics. We will also learn about the classic appetizer Aperol Spritz.

Afterwards, we will begin to prepare our own fresh pasta for the authentic recipe of the Italian carbonara, Chef Claudio will explain and cook together with all of us. To finish the bacchanal, we will have our own carbonara and finish with a Tiramisu of the Mamma.
