Description

Tasting menu consisting of 3 appetizers, 5 dishes and desserts, including winery, inspired by the work of Joaquín Sorolla, Vision and Flavors of Spain. Jorge de Andrés as chef and Javier de Andrés in room, will accompany them and narrate the experience live alongside lighting and audiovisual around the work of Sorolla . An experience awarded with the National Award of Hospitality to Gastronomic Culture 2023.
