Description

For those who want to stay to enjoy a menu with our wines, we offer you this experience that consists of, a tasting of white wine under a century-old oak (if the weather permits), a visit to the winery to know the process of making our wines, a tasting of two red wines accompanied by a small aperitif with products from our local gastronomy, tasting of our most cheeky vermouths, and a meal in our lounge Gastrovino 8 Encinas.

Vermout Nodus White with anchovy gilda and piparra

Starters to share (paired with 1 glass of Nodus white wine):
Tomato and pickles with Nodus oil.
Carpaccio of loin of orza with pipes and balsamic vinaigrette.
Sea bass fried with teriyaki.

Main to choose (paired with 1 glass of signature red wine):
Tuna noodle casserole and clams.
Creamy rib and asparagus from the farm El Renegado rice.
Sea bass on your back with your vegetables.
Roasted beef loin on the grill.

Homemade dessert to choose (paired with a glass of Nodus cava):
