In Hotaru, Japan flutters everywhere. A dining space where diners live a unique and shared experience. The gastronomic variety includes Japanese elaborations with Mediterranean influences, in which the product is carefully chosen and treated with the utmost respect. All this, watered with signature cocktails with Japanese aromas and a variety of distillates and sakes.

Experience inspired by the principle of Japanese aesthetics "Fukinsei", which symbolizes the beauty of asymmetry or irregularity. In Japanese culture, the break in linear form is considered part of beauty.

We have created a tasting integrating the perfect with the imperfect to achieve a final balance that is beautiful:

- Cocktail "Hotaru Enzo" - asymmetry in search of entropic beauty. Accompanied by dango filling wasabi jam and cardamom essence.

- Cocktail "Hotaru Expansive" - evolution of existence towards perfection. Accompanied by cookie earth with truffle aroma and chestnut foam.
