On the occasion of Cuina Oberta Valencia, we present a special menu that celebrates the flavors of the Mediterranean and local produce.
The experience begins with a selection of starters that combine artisan breads with whipped butter, traditional tapas, and Valencian tomato with tuna belly and marinated onion.
As a main course, you can choose between two rice dishes made with Albufera rice: one with prawns, asparagus, and lemon cream, and another with roast beef, mushroom cream, truffle sauce, and aged cheese.
To finish, a fresh and delicate mandarin dessert, with light mousse, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of lime.
