From an art gallery, Lienzo was born. Now, art has not left its walls, which periodically display the works of outstanding artists, but it projects beyond, to the ephemeral art of cooking that is painted and sculpted with the hands of chef María José Martínez.
In the direction of the dining room and sommelier Juanjo Soria, together they run the restaurant Lienzo.
