Flores Raras

Flores Raras is the gastronomic restaurant with two Michelin stars in the heart of Valencia where cuisine is built from sensitivity, time, and respect for the product. The proposal starts from the stew as a way of understanding cooking: a way of caring, concentrating flavor, and moving from the essential. The Valencian pantry is the starting point, but the perspective is open. Here coexist the memory of home dishes, the technique learned alongside Quique Dacosta, and the unique voice of Carolina Álvarez, who interprets the territory with a personal and contemporary sensitivity.
