The gastronomic proposal of chef Ciro Piccolo to enjoy Cuina Oberta at El Modernista offers a balanced journey between tradition and creativity.

The menu begins with an anchovy gilda that awakens the palate, followed by a smoked salmon salad with pickles and nuts, fresh and aromatic, and a crispy oxtail with truffle, intense and mellow.

As the main course, the beef brasato ravioli with Scamorza cheese and saffron stand out, reflecting his Italian heritage.
