Description

The experience aims to highlight the citrus fruits of the Valencian Community just as their season begins.

It consists of:

• Guided tour of the 13th-century space with an introduction to PROAVA and Valencian citrus fruits.
• Citrus vermouth as an aperitif, while the thread of the experience is presented.
• Fresh tasting: seasonal mandarin (Clemenules in November): visual, olfactory, and gustatory phases, with a game of aroma jars.
• Pairing 1: wine and salted fish: Tarongino accompanied by salted fish with citrus marmalade.
• Pairing 2: bread with citrus-flavored EVOO from Agrisanz, accompanied by orange and turmeric juice from La Imperfecta.
• Pairing 3: mistela accompanied by chocolate-covered orange strips from Nutxes.
