Miguel Oscar Verdú at the helm of the stoves, offers a Mediterranean cuisine that combines excellent products with traditional dishes of Valencian gastronomy, in which rice is the key of success. Pablo Pérez and his team run the dining room, with unbeatable views to the beach and the sea promenade, and with exclusive and independent access to the hotel. Delicious and varied menus, as well as appetizers, cocktails, lunches, dinners, drinks and music are served independently or combined.

Our menus offer us a Mediterranean cuisine that combines excellent product with traditional dishes of Valencian cuisine, in which the king is rice.
