A culinary proposal with a traveling soul and Valencian essence based on seasonal products and homemade preparation.
At the helm are Sergio Rozas and Ibai Bengoechea (in the kitchen) and Sara Folgado (in the dining room), a trio that turns each service into a close and unpretentious encounter.
