Peruvian Ceviche and Pisco Workshop

In this ceviche and pisco workshop, we will prepare ceviche from scratch: making *leche de tigre*, prepping the fish for authentic ceviche, and cleaning seafood. We will also learn to make two different Pisco Sours.
Everything prepared will be tasted.

Peruvian Pisco and Gin Tasting

We will taste two different Pisco drinks (Pisco Sour and Chilcano) and one Peruvian gin (Cocotonic), accompanied by Peruvian snacks (*cancha*—toasted corn kernels, *ssam acevichado*, and *ají de gallina* empanadas).
Exclusive offer available for purchasing Murga Acholado Pisco during this tasting!
