Quina offers a magical journey through its conscious Peruvian cuisine. We take each diner to discover the best dishes of Peru with a sustainable and creative approach, allowing space for the gastronomic expression of our team.

Description

We will prepare authentic Peruvian dishes together such as ceviche, leche de tigre, causa limeña, and lomo saltado. To finish, we will make a typical dessert and a pisco sour to then taste them all (includes water and an appetizer).
