Description

For those who want to stay and enjoy a menu with our wines, we offer this experience that consists of a white wine tasting under a century-old holm oak (if the weather allows), a visit to the winery to learn about the process of making our wines, a tasting of two red wines accompanied by a small appetizer with products from our local gastronomy, a tasting of our most daring vermouths, and a meal in our Gastrovino 8 Encinas lounge.

Ajoarriero (garlic and cod dish) with thyme and rosemary toasts.
Carpaccio of lomo de orza (pork loin) with nuts and truffle oil.
Mix of the day's croquettes.

MAIN COURSE TO CHOOSE:

Octopus and prawn tail rice (minimum 2 people).

Creamy chicken rice with turnip and napicol (minimum 2 people).

Grilled beef entrecote.

Cod loin on a bed of Manchego "pisto".

DESSERT TO CHOOSE:

Cheesecake.

Chocolate cake.

Roasted pumpkin with mistela (sweet wine).

Pineapple or melon.
