Description
In this Valencian cooking workshop, you will learn to prepare a duck confit fideuà, combining traditional techniques with a creative touch. During the workshop, you will discover the secrets of the sofrito, the perfect doneness of the noodle, and the balance of flavors that make this dish unique. As a final touch, you will make coca en llanda, a typical Valencian spongy and aromatic cake. A practical and participatory experience to enjoy, learn, and savor the local cuisine.
