In Taller de Carnes, the fire sets the pace and the meat tells the story.

A smoky start awakens the appetite, followed by three bites chosen by pure instinct: creamy croquettes, intense cured beef, melting marrow, or crispy bacon.

Then, the perfect cut: sirloin or ribeye, each with its own truth.

We close with sweets that caress the memory: cheesecake or key lime pie.
