At Cuina Oberta Autumn (November 20–30), Racó de l’Arnau offers a tour of the Valencian pantry: starters to share with a marriage of anchovy and coastal anchovy, artichokes with romesco and 100% acorn-fed ham, and Iberian pork crackling on creamy potato with fried banana.
At noon, rice dishes to choose from for the whole table —grated shrimp or beef skirt steak—; in the evening, corvina with wok vegetables or Iberian secret with red pesto and wrinkled potato.
Sweet ending with our version of the Piña Colada.
