Description

AGUAS DE VALENCIA

We'll begin the workshop with a brief introduction to the product: we'll discover the origin of Agua de Valencia and how this iconic drink is made. Then, let's get started! Each participant will prepare their own Agua de Valencia, guided step by step. To complement the experience, we include two delicious pintxos, which you can choose beforehand or select directly from the bar (minimum of 8 participants).

PINTXOS

We present a miniature cooking workshop where participants delve into the world of Basque pintxos. Guided by one of our chefs, they will learn about their history, concept, and preparation, enjoying freshly poured cider with an initial tasting. The experience then transforms into a fun MasterChef-style competition, where teams design, prepare, and present their own pintxo to the judges. A dynamic, creative and participatory activity that combines tradition, gastronomy and fun, perfect for discovering the social and culinary spirit of the Basque Country (minimum 20 diners).
