Just a few minutes from the center of Valencia, Maravella is a restaurant that invites you to discover a new way of understanding Valencian gastronomy. A unique space located between the orchard and the Mediterranean, where the culinary tradition of the territory is interpreted from a contemporary perspective.

The project is born with a clear positioning: return to the origin. To the timeless flavors, to the product that grows nearby, to the cuisine that respects the rhythm of the land and the sea. Many of the vegetables that arrive at the table are grown in the restaurant’s own orchard, while the fish comes from the fish market and the rice is prepared following the Valencian rice tradition.

Beyond the table, Maravella invites you to enjoy the time and the landscape. As evening falls, the terrace becomes one of the most special places to experience the sunset over the orchard, with signature cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere that revolves around the Valencian barraca that presides over the space, while the sky changes color and the sea breeze arrives from the horizon.
