Description

Enjoy an afternoon full of Italian passion and learn to make your own homemade pasta with Chef Claudio Consorte "Cooking with Claudio". The experience will begin with irresistible Italian cold cuts and cheeses, where we will learn about their history and characteristics.

We will also learn about the classic Aperol Spritz aperitif.

Afterwards, we will start preparing our own fresh pasta for the authentic Italian carbonara recipe, with Chef Claudio explaining and cooking alongside all of us. To conclude the feast, we will dine on our own carbonara and finish with a Mamma's Tiramisu.

INCLUDES:

Italian cold cuts platter, Homemade Pasta Workshop with "Carbonara" Spaghetti and Tiramisu.

Drinks not included (Mineral Water, Beer, Wine, and Aperol Aperitif).
