Description

Enjoy an afternoon full of Italian passion and learn to make your own homemade pasta with Chef Claudio Consorte "Cooking with Claudio". The experience will start with some irresistible sausages and Italian cheeses, we will know its history and its characteristics.

We will also learn about the classic aperitif Aperol Spritz.
Afterwards, we will start to prepare our own fresh pasta for the authentic recipe of Italian carbonara, Chef Claudio will explain and cook together with us. To finish the bacchanal, we will have our own carbonara and end with a Tiramisu de la Mamma.

Tasting of Aperitif Aperol, Table of Italian sausages, Workshop of Homemade Pasta with Spaghetti "Carbonara" and Tiramisu.
