They say that Mamma never wrote down her recipes.

She kept them in her memory, in the patience of slow cooking, and in endless after-dinner conversations.

Each dish on this menu is born from that tradition: flavors that travel from north to south of Italy, cooked like at home, without haste and with character.

At Mamma Pazzo, we open her kitchen for one night so you can discover part of that legacy.

We may not reveal all the secrets… but enough for you to understand why in Italy the best stories always start around a table.

TORTELLONE DI OSSOBUCO: XXL tortellones stuffed with shredded Ossobuco meat with San Marzano tomato sauce, gorgonzola cheese base, and caramelized walnuts topping

RIGATONI ALLA NORMA (vegetarian): Tower of Rigatonis with a tomato cream, ricotta, and cooked eggplant, finished with grated ricotta salata
