Enjoy a sensory journey where each wine enhances the flavors of the menu.

We start with Vivolo di Sasso Pinot Grigio, fresh and light, ideal for snacks. Accompanying the starters, the sparkling Les Danses and the elegant I Grotti Chianti bring freshness and character. For the main course, you can choose between the creamy Nodus 8 Encinas Chardonnay or the intense 8 Encinas Cabernet and Merlot, both with 12 months of aging. The final touch is provided by the sweet and aromatic MR Moscatel, perfect to close with a golden touch.

DINNER WITH WINE PAIRING:

Immerse yourself in a gastronomic experience that perfectly combines with carefully selected wines.

We start with the vibrant Petit Bourgeous Sauvignon Blanc to accompany the snacks. For the starters, enjoy the freshness of Albariño Noelia Bebelia and the sophistication of the sparkling Les Danses. For the main course, choose between the elegant Cosme Palacio Reserva Blanco or the robust I Grotti Chianti.
