Doña Petrona

From here and there. At Doña Petrona, we celebrate the meeting of roots and flavors. We have prepared two menus, for lunch and dinner. Both unite the Argentine soul with the Valencian essence: cannelloni inspired by Carito’s grandmother’s recipe, the comforting flan with dulce de leche present in Argentine blood, and the foam of torrija and chufa, a tribute to the land. We let ourselves be guided by the seasons with vegetables from the Mediterranean pantry, the seasonality and the transcendence of flavors.
