Cocleque

In the heart of Cabanyal, Cocleque is the project of Adrià Inglés, leading the kitchen, along with Víctor Fraguas and Doina Hmaruc, responsible for management.

A space that was born in December 2024 with the idea of creating a different, fun, and emotional cuisine, where we find a completely updated menu renewal every 4 months, in tune with the seasons.

Cocleque’s proposal represents a cuisine without prejudice, where they combine local products and world techniques, with dishes that evoke memories and awaken emotions: like an invitation to rediscover the pleasure of trying something for the first time.
