This year, Cuina Oberta at Atenea Sky once again invites us to discover the cuisine of chef Juan Torres from the heights of the Ateneo Mercantil.
A menu designed as a journey through the Mediterranean Pantry, where local products meet techniques and flavors from around the world. From the intensity of the red prawn carpaccio with coral and yuzu, to main courses like robata-grilled sea bass with lime beurre blanc or tender cheek with tomatillo curry, each dish reflects a creative cuisine that respects the flavor and origin of the product.
All accompanied by the 360º views of Valencia that have made Atenea Sky one of the most special gastronomic spaces in the city, recognized with the Hospitality Design Award 2025 by the Valencia Hospitality Federation and with the La Gaceta del Turismo award for the restaurant with a unique space to celebrate.
