Al Grano is presented as the best place to immerse yourself in local gastronomy.

Located in the urbanization of La Canyada, the restaurant of chef Carles López has been offering since 2017 a menu consistent with its origin, as it is rooted in traditional recipes, but without fearing to update them.

Its gastronomic proposal is centered on rice, but also on Valencian products and stews, which are crafted using new techniques.

Some standout dishes are the classic Valencian paella (awarded at the 2022 Sueca Contest) and other signature recipes such as meat ravioli with veal demi-glace and foie tenderloin, “ajoarriero de la mare” with olive oil spheres, or “gazpacho manchego,” deboned chicken and rabbit on homemade flatbread and all i oli.
