Main Course
Choose between two versions of Albufera’s creamy rice:
– with Iberian pork, tender and full of flavor, in a creamy sauce;
– or with seafood.
Dessert
“Mandarín”, inspired by the orange and mandarin groves of Valencia. Light, creamy, and made with Valencian mandarins, it surprises with its texture and captivates with its freshness.
